摘 要: | 本文提出了一种完全基于CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)的双级矩阵变换器的实现方案,该方案摒弃了常规的采用DSP(数字信号处理器)计算占空比、CPLD进行调制的思路,将调制部分的占空比计算也完全集成到CPLD内部,同时采用了状态机输出整流逆变开关状态。实验结果表明了这种方案的可行性,为日后生产双级矩阵变换器的专业集成芯片及工业化打下了基础。

Abstract: | A totally CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)-Based realization scheme of Two-Stage Matrix Converter is pro- posed in this study.Discarding the traditional method,in which DSP(Digital Signal Processor)is used to calculate the duty ratio and CPLD to generate pulse-width-modulation signals,this scheme integrates the duty-cycle calculation part into CPLD and state-machine technology is also used to generate rectifier-inverter switch states.Experiment results show the feasibility of the proposed scheme and ... |
