摘    要:6M50空气-氢氮气联合压缩机是目前国内最大型的电动往复活塞式压缩机,第一次设计、第一次制造、第一次运用于国产化大型合成氨装置——四川美丰200kt/a合成氨装置上。试产期基本达到了设计要求,但在随后的运行中逐步暴露出许多设计和制造方面的问题,无法维持生产运行。通过从工艺、设备等多方面对其进行改进,达到了长周期、安全、稳定、满负荷运行的理想效果。

Abstract:6M50 combination compressor of air and syngas, employed in 200 kt/a ammonia plant in Sichuan Meifeng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd is currently the very first largest electric motor driven piston compressor in China. The design requirements were achieved during trial operation. But the problems in design and manufacture were gradually exposed after that, which made it imposible to keep running. After revamping on process and equipments, now the plant can safely keep running for long life span in full load. The effect is satisfied.
