摘    要:系统研究了由Span80-Tween60/助乳化剂/油/FeCl3组成的反相微乳液体系,通过正交实验得出了最佳反相微乳液体系;通过均匀实验和全在实验绘制出了体系的拟三元相图,并由相图得出体系的最佳比例;绘制出最大溶水量与温度的曲线,从而确定了最佳乳化温度;测定了墨水的表面张力、粘度、电导率和稳定性等性能,并探讨了两种墨水的反应机理。

Abstract:Span80-Tween60/co-emulsifier/oil/FeCl_3 reverse micro-emulsion system was systematically investigated. Through the orthogonal test, the optimal reverse micro-emulsion system was obtained. By uniform experiments and whole experiments, the quasi-ternary phase diagram of the systems was given, through which the optimal composition of the system was ascertained. The graph of the most water-dissolving amount vs. temperature was drawn, and thereby the optimal emulsifying temperature was confirmed. The properties of the ceramic ink prepared were determined, such as surface tension, viscosity, conductivity and stability. And the reaction mechanisms of the two sorts of ink were deduced.
