复合添加剂对杭白菊提取液澄清效果的影响

摘    要:研究复合食品添加剂六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、山梨酸钾对功效植物杭白菊提取液的澄清稳定效果。确定最优条件为六偏磷酸钠0.320g/L、三聚磷酸钠0.830g/L、山梨酸钾0.400g/L,加入以上复合添加剂可得澄清稳定的杭白菊提取液。

Abstract:In order to improve the clarification and stability effect of the extraction of Hangzhou White Chrysanthemi, sodium hexamet- aphosphate, sodium tripolyphospbate and potassium sorbate were added as eompoud addictives. The results showed that the optimal additive amount were sodium hexametaphosphate 0. 320g/L, sodium tripolyphosphate 0. 830g/L, and potassium sorbate 0. 400g,/L Under these con- ditions, the extraction of Hangzhou White Chrysanthemi would be clarified.
