摘    要:随着螺旋钻铤需求的增加,市场供需的矛盾日益突出。扩大生产规模、增加设备、提高生产效率是解决供求关系的有效途径。运用闲置设备进行改造既满足了扩能的需求,又可以大幅度降低新增设备的成本,从而满足了生产的急需。本文针对普通车床C61125A进行了改造,主要介绍床身、刀架、切削机构、传动机构、电气控制等方面的改进与设计,实现了无级调速、满足了不同规格螺旋钻铤的加工,达到了预期的目的,也为以后的机床改造积累了经验。

Abstract:With the increasing market demand for spiral drill collars,the conflict between supply and requirements has become more and more obvious,so it is effective to solve the problem by purchasing more equipment,enlarging producing scale or improving producing efficiency.Reforming the idle equipment can not only meet the requirements of enlarging producing ability,but also reduce largely the cost of new equipment.This article mainly introduces some reformation for machine lathe C61125A such as lathe body,cutter frame,cutting mechanism,transmission mechanism and electric control.By doing that,we can make the lathe realize the continuously variable transmission and make it possible for different size of drill collar working.Such improvement can also provide some valuable experiences for lathe reformation n in the future.
