摘    要:对余热锅炉运行中经常遇到的管束振动问题进行了分析和计算,并从结构布置方面提出了避免余热锅炉管束振动的措施,包括合理选择烟气流速,加设防振隔板,增加管子约束和改变管束结构。

Abstract:The tube bundle vibration problem, often occurring during operation of the waste heat boiler, has been analyzed. Measures have been put forward on the structural arrangement so as to prevent waste heat boiler vibration, such as adopting a rational choice of flue gas flow rate, adding anti-vibration partitions, increasing tube constraints and changing the bundle structure, etc.
