高速精密动力卡盘的失效形式分析研究

摘    要:对高速精密动力卡盘的失效形式进行了分析研究,提出了避免在预定寿命期内失效的要求,建立了失效鱼骨图。分析动力卡盘的材料选择和热处理技术、摩擦磨损和精度对动力卡盘失效的影响,对卡盘的优化设计和应用以及夹紧力计算具有指导意义。

Abstract:It analyzes the failure mode of power- operated high speed precision chuck, proposes the require- ments of failure in the lifespan, builds the fishbone diagram. It gives the detail about the impact of the materi- al selection of chuck and heat treatment technology, the precision impact analysis on wear and tear. The re- suits provide reliable technical supports for the optimization of the design and application of power - operated high speed precision chuck.
