摘    要:介绍了安钢炉卷机组开发高强度船板AH36的主要工艺。采用Nb微合金化成分设计,铁水预处理及炼钢连铸新工艺生产的高强度船板钢AH36综合力学性能良好,满足各国船级社认证要求。

Abstract:The development of high-strength ship plate AH36 process for steckel unit in Anyang Iron and Steel is de- scribed. With Nh micro-alloying dements design, new melting iron pretreatment and continuous casting steelmaking process , the high-strength ship plate steel AH36 produced yields good mechanical properties, meets certification requirements for various international ship classification societies.
