便携式红外甲烷浓度检测仪的研究与设计

摘    要:根据朗伯比尔定律,以红外光谱吸收法为原理,设计了以MSP430F149为主控制器的便携式甲烷浓度检测仪。通过液晶显示器显示现场检测的气体浓度,并根据预先设定好的浓度进行声光报警。能通过串口通讯与上位机进行通讯,将存储的多组数据进行进一步分析。本仪器具有携带方便、操作简单、灵敏度高测量准确和等特点。

Abstract:Based on law of Beer-Lambert and the IR-absorption spectrometry,a portable instrument to determine the concentration of methane was designed using MSP430F149 single chip as micro controller.The local concentration of methane was displayed by LCD.The sound and light alarm system would respond when the concentration reached the pre-set parameters.Through the PC serial interface with the MSP430F149 Single-chip communication,the several stored data could be developed analyzed.This instrument is characterized by its convenient carrying,easy to operate,high sensitivity and measuring accurately.
