摘    要:为在空分设备DCS系统上实现对氮气循环离心压缩机的全自动控制,对氮压机的防喘振控制和排气压力自动控制进行优化改造。介绍防喘振控制方案的选择和控制逻辑设计,阐述氮压机的防喘振控制逻辑和排气压力自动控制逻辑。

Abstract:In order to realize full-automatic control of nitrogen circulation centrifugal compressor from DCS system of air separation plant DCS system, the nitrogen compressor is subjected to optimized reform in the anti-surge control and exhaust pressure automatic control. The selection of anti-surge control scheme and the control logic design are briefed and the anti-surge control logic and the automatic control logic of exhaust pressure of nitrogen compressor are described.
