| Abstract: | The twelfth five-year development plan for national information explosion process of water industry will be soon formally announced. In order to get a better understand and ensure perfect implementation of the plan, the thesis provides a detailed introduction on technical lines for working out the plan, and outlines main content. Then the thesis makes a serious study of key problems concerning the plan. Finally, the thesis expounds relationships that should be accurately dealt with during the implementation. |
