摘    要:国家防汛抗旱指挥系统是我国迄今为止规模最大的水利信息化工程,全面介绍国家防汛抗旱指挥系统一期工程建设取得的成果和社会经济效益,一期工程为水利信息化建设打下了坚实的基础,也提供了1套成功的建设管理模式。二期工程在一期工程成果的基础上,将继续扩展功能,扩大信息采集范围,形成较为完善的国家防汛抗旱指挥系统。

Abstract:To date, national flood control and drought relief command system is the biggest domestic water information engineering. The article introduces achievements, social and economical benefits of the first period engineering of the system. The first period engineering has laid a solid foundation for the information explosion process for water, and also provides a successful construction and management mode. The second period engineering will form more perfect national flood control and drought relief command system through further extending functions and expanding the range of information collection, on the basis of achievements made in the first period.
