摘    要:整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)电站空分单元向气化单元提供高压氮气、中压氧气、仪用空气和厂用空气,并与发电单元的燃气轮机之间存在关联,所以空分单元的运行对IGCC电站的稳定运行有重要影响。对比分析了4种IGCC电站空分系统配置的特性,对IGCC电站输出功率、供电效率及发电成本的影响,并总结了空分单元常见故障及处理方法。

Abstract:The air separation unit (ASU) in an integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) provides the gasification unit with high-pressure nitrogen, medium-pressure oxygen, instrument air and plant air, which has also relations with the gas turbine in the power plant. As a result, the operation of ASU is very important to stable operation of the IGCC power plant. Features of four kinds of ASU configurations in IGCC power plants have been analyzed and compared, while common malfunctions of ASU and corresponding handling ways summarized.
