基于USB的自动控制仪器箱无线通信接口设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于USB的自动控制仪器箱无线数据收发接口。介绍了数据接口电路的设计原理、实现方案和电路结构。该无线通信接口由USB接口芯片AT90USB162、微处理器芯片MSP430FG4618和无线射频芯片nRF24L01组成,其中MSP430FG4618控制数据的双向传输、数据的采样和D/A转换。该通信接口的无线数据传输距离为50m,可软件配置发送和接收地址,实现了个人计算机与实验箱之间数据的点对点通信和多点通信。

Abstract:A USB-based wireless communication interface of the automatic experimental box is designed in this article.The design principles,basic methods and circuit of the interface are given.This system consists of USB controller AT90USB162,MCU MSP430FG4618 and RF transceiver nRF24L01,the data transmission,sampling and D/A converter is controlled by MSP430FG4618.The data transmission distance can reach 50 meters in this system,send and receive addresses can be configured in order to achieve single or multi-point transmission.
