混凝土坝计算技术与安全评估展望

摘    要:我国已是混凝土坝大国,当前应加大创新力度积极争取成为混凝土坝强国。计算技术与安全评估在混凝土坝设计、施工、科研中占有重要地位,因此在混凝土坝计算技术与安全评估领域需要推陈出新。笔者建议:在拱坝应力分析中以有限元等效应力法取代拱梁分载法;在坝体坝基稳定分析中,以有限元强度递减法取代极限平衡法,对重要工程进行非线性有限元全坝全过程仿真分析;对坝体坝基安全评估建议考虑施工过程和时间效应,并基于有限元强度递减法;对于重要工程需建立数字水电站。利用新的计算技术,使我国在混凝土坝设计、施工、科研和管理上达到更高水平。

Abstract:The prospects of computing techniques and safety appraisal of concrete dams are described in this paper.In the analysis of arch dams,the trial load method will be replaced by the finite element equivalent stress method.In the sliding stability analysis of the foundation and dam body,the limit equilibrium method will be replaced by the strength reduction finite element method.It is suggested to carry out the whole course simulating computation of the dam and foundation by nonlinear finite element method taking into account the influences of the construction process and the nonlinear properties of rock and concrete.The appraisal of the safety of dam will be carried out on the basis of the whole course simulating computation and the strength reduction finite element method.It is suggested to establish a digital hydropower station for an important project.
