亚麻电化学染色扩散系数的测定

摘    要:通过不同电压对亚麻织物进行染色,并对不同时间的染色残液进行吸光度的测定,再通过吸光度计算出上染百分率、平衡上染百分率、扩散系数。对其染色后的亚麻织物进行摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度的测定。从动力学方面对影响电化学染色的因素即扩散系数与电压的关系进行研究,实验结果表明,电化学染色比常规染色的上染率有所提高,扩散系数比常规的染色增大。

Abstract:The experiment is elect rochemistry for the experiment of the direct dyestuff and dyeing of vat dye.Pass in different voltage and temperature carry out dyeing for flax fabric,and for not at the same time between dyeing incomplete liquid carry out the menstruation of absorbance,pass again happen for the calculation of absorbance dye percentage and balance on dye the calculation of percentage and diffusion coefficient.From dynamics and thermodynamic aspect for affect the factor of electrochemistry dyeing and diffusion coefficient and the relation of voltage study,reach diffusion coefficient and voltage twice experience equation.Test result show,electrochemistry dyeing than conventional dyeing on dye rate rise,diffusion coefficient increase than the dyeing of routine,dyeing soap and the friction firm degree of rear fabric wash firm degree rise.
