摘    要:构建一个三维数字沙盘施工管理平台,可以为输电线路工程建设施工服务,有效提高施工效率,实现施工管理的数字化。以海拉瓦洛斯达技术为基础,提出了数字沙盘建设的思路和总体设计,并明确了数字沙盘在全过程数字化电网中的位置和作用;针对数字沙盘数据维护工作中的分布式特征,提出安全可行的数据更新机制。通过在华北电网有限公司实际工程中的应用说明,基于海拉瓦技术的数字沙盘系统在实际施工管理中有着较好的辅助作用。

Abstract:Building a 3D digital simulative system can provide a construction management platform for power transmission line projects, improve efficiency of construction and implement the digitalization of construction management. Based on Helava technique, the authors propose the thinking and overall design of 3D digital simulative system, and clarify the position and action of 3D digital simulative system in whole process of power grid digitalization. According to the distributed features during the maintenance of 3D digital simulative system, a secure and reliable data updating mechanism is put forward. By means of practical engineering application in North China Power Grid Co., Ltd., it is verified that the Helava technique based 3D digital simulative system can play a better auxiliary role in practical construction management.
