基于PLC的液冷系统自动控制

摘    要:液冷系统是向飞机设备舱或座舱提供符合要求的冷液或热液的地面保障设备,其制冷方式为蒸汽压缩式制冷,制热方式为电加热。为适应液冷系统对自动监控系统的需求,设计了以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心的微电脑控制系统,合理地控制液冷系统各制冷机组与电加热器的启停,同时能够实现故障报警,并能够对液冷系统的供液流量、温度、压力等参数高精度的检测调节。实验数据表明,该控制系统在液冷系统的实际控制中具有良好的控制品质。

Abstract:The liquid-cooled chiller is one of the ground equipment to provide the qualified cooling liquid or thermal liquid for equipment cabin or passenger cabin of aircraft. It adopts steam compressing cooling mode for refrigeration and electric heaters for heating. In order to meet its requirements on automatic monitoring control system , a micro-computerized control system with PLC as the core is designed. The startup and shutdown of each refrigeration units and electric heaters in the chiller are controlled reasonably and alarms of faults are implemented. All the parameters in the system, including liquid flow, temperature and pressure are detected and regulated. The data of experiments show that the control quality of the system are excellent.
