EDTA后处理抑制纸浆手抄片返黄的研究

用EDTA对纸浆手抄片进行不同的处理,研究处理后手抄片白度稳定性的变化.研究发现,EDTA不仅可提高手抄片的白度,还可提高其白度稳定性;用浓度0.3%的EDTA处理纸浆手抄片效果最佳,而用0.5%的EDTA喷涂立即干燥后手抄片的返黄改善率比停留30min后再干燥要大;用0.5%浓度的EDTA处理不同白度的化机浆P-RC APMP手抄片时,初始白度越低,处理效果越好.

Effect of EDTA Post-Treatment on Brightness Reversion of Pulps

Brightness stabilization of handsheets with EDTA solution was investigated.Results showed that both brightness and brightness stabilization of the handsheets treated with EDTA solution were improved; the results of treating with EDTA in 0.3% concentration was the best,and the reversion improvement index of the handsheet was bigger when it was sprayed with EDTA in 0.5% concentration and dried immediately than that dried 30min after spraying.The lower of original brightness,the better of the effect when handsheets of P-RC APMP were treated with EDTA in 0.5% concentration.
