制动力矩波动台架试验研究

摘    要:为了深入研究制动抖动的发生机理,在整车道路试验的基础上,针对某轿车的制动抖动现象进行了台架试验研究,详细考察制动抖动的根源——制动力矩波动的特征及其影响因素。试验研究表明,制动过程中制动力矩均值及其波动值逐渐增大。制动盘厚薄差(DTV)是引起制动力矩波动的主要原因,制动盘的端面跳动(SRO)对制动力矩波动的影响较小,温度升高对制动力矩波动的影响具有两重性,制动压力对制动力矩波动影响不明显。

Abstract:In order to further studies on the mechanism of brake judder, rig test is carried out. In the test, the basic cause of brake judder--brake torque variation (BTV) is thoroughly examined, including its feature and influential factors. The results show that during braking both the brake torque and its variation rise. Disc thickness variation (DTV) is the primary contributor to brake torque variation (BTV). Disc sideface runout (SRO) has a minor effect on brake torque variation than DTV. Disc temperature has two opposite effects on brake torque variation, while brake pressure has little impact on BTV.
