摘    要:应用开发的连铸传热数学模型对石家庄钢铁有限责任公司炼钢厂电炉车间所生产的5个钢种及2种规格铸坯的二次冷却配水进行了模拟计算;根据铸坯凝固冷却过程冶金准则的要求,经反复模拟及优化,得出了二次冷却区各段水量与拉速的二次关系式;综合考虑了过热度对铸坯凝固过程的影响,建立了新的二次冷却水控制模型,并应用于实际生产。

Abstract:Using the developed mathematical model for heat transfer in continuous casting, the water distribution of secondary cooling zones for 5 steel grades and 2 section blooms were calculated. According to requirements of metallurgical criteria for bloom solidifying process, conic relation between secondary cooling water flux and casting speed were regressed. The new control model of secondary cooling water was established by taking the superheat of molten steel into account. Moreover, quality of bloom was improved after using new cooling was control model to real production.
