磷酸生产技术开发的进展

摘    要:针对热法磷酸生产耗电量高,湿法磷酸生产对磷矿质量要求严,以及我国中低品位磷矿资源特点,介绍了我国自行开发的窑法磷酸特点、工艺流程和试验结果,以及热法磷酸生产中热能回收技术的进展,认为这两项新工艺、新技术效果显著,应尽快促使实现工业化。

Abstract:In view of high electricity consumption in the thermal-process phosphoric acid production,the stringent requirements for phosphate ore in the wet-process phosphoric acid production,as well as the characteristics of the medium and low quality phosphate ore resources in China,the features,process flow and test results of the kiln phosphoric acid developed in China,as well as the progress of heat recovery technology in thermal-process phosphoric acid production is introduced.It is considered that both the new process and new technology has significant effect,and industrialized production should be realized as soon as possible.
