| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了shell粉煤气化工艺的应用概况和渣系统的工艺流程，结合灰渣特性和气化炉操作，对影响装置长周期运行的堵渣问题进行了研究。提出了堵渣现象的判断方法，分析了堵渣发生的原因，从操作层面介绍了堵渣的处理方法，并对如何避免堵渣作了探讨。

| Abstract: | Both application general situation of Shell Coal Gasification Process and slag system technological process was briefly introduced, while combining ash character and gasifier operation, slag blockage which affeced e- quipment＇ s long period operation was also studyed. The judgment method for slag blockage phenomenon was put for- ward and the cause for slag blockage was analysed. The treatment method was recommended from the perspective ofoperation. It was discussed how to avoid slag blockage as well. |
