高压共轨喷油泵漏泄量的有限元计算及试验研究

摘    要:采用有限元分析及试验研究方法,对柱塞偶件在工作过程中的变形及偶件间隙的漏泄进行分析计算,完成了具有超高压下良好动态密封性能的柱塞偶件设计及试样加工。试验结果表明:补偿型柱塞偶件能使共轨燃油系统高压泵具有较高的容积效率。

Abstract:FEA and testing researches are conducted to calculate the deformation and leakage of the plunger assembly clearance during its working process,and further optimization design is finished for better dynamic sealing-performance under-super-pressure condition.Tests on newly-made compensatory assemblies perfectly satisfies the common rail system fuel pump's requirement.
