基于三维平台的冲模自动设计研究

摘    要:介绍在SolidWorks三维平台下,以VB为开发语言开发冲模CAD系统,该系统嵌入了冲压CAPP模块,在人机交互环境下能自动实现冲压工艺分析及模具零件的三维设计,并最终生成模具三维装配图,并在以Solidworks为平台开发应用系统方面做了一些探索.

Abstract:The punching-die CAD system developed with Visual Basic 6.0 as the developing language and Solidworks as the developing-platform is introduced. A parametric method combining automatic design and interactive design is proposed for designing the punching process. The system can complete the three-dimensional design of the part and give the three-dimensional assembling drawing. A viable scheme to develop application system with Solidworks software is also offered.
