基于DSP气体报警控制器的设计

摘    要:在工业生产过程中,为了有效监控各种有害气体的浓度,设计了一种以DSP芯片为核心的气体报警控制器。该控制系统由工控机、DCS、气体报警控制电路、触摸屏显示、联动装置和探测器组成,具有以太网、CAN、485通信接口,采用了本安电路的设计思想,实现了有害气体浓度超限报警并给出控制信号的功能。运行结果表明,该系统性能稳定,抗干扰能力强,可以推广使用。

Abstract:In the industrial production process,in order to effectively monitor the concentration of harmful gases,this paper designed the DSP core gas alarm controller.The control system consists of IPC,DCS,gas alarm and control circuits,touch screen display,composed of linked devices and detectors.It uses Ethernet,CAN,485 as communication interface.Using the intrinsically safe circuit design to implement the harmful gas concentration limit,alarm and control signals are given functions.The running result shows that the system is powerful and stable performance.It can be widely used.
