30CrMnSi焊接热影响区的激光表面淬火

摘    要:为提高30CrMnSi钢焊接热影响区的表面硬度,试验应用YAG激光器对焊接热影响区进行激光表面淬火处理,并研究了相变层的金相组织和显微硬度特征。试验结果表明,30CrMnSi钢焊接热影响区表面淬火后可以获得晶粒细小,硬度高于基体硬度的强化层,最高硬度可达727.4 HV。

Abstract:In order to improve the surface hardness of the HAZ of 30CrMnSi,the laser quenching on the surface of the HAZ of 30CrMnSi was carried out by YAG laser.And then the microstructure and the micro-hardness of the hardened layer were analyzed.The results show that the strengthened layers have tiny crystal grain.Meanwhile the degree of micro-hardness was higher than the substrates are obtained.The highest degree of micro-hardness reaches 727.4HV.
