摘    要:研究了一种镜面光亮化学镀镍新工艺,优选了镀液配方及工艺条件.该工艺采用有机酸多络合体系,中温酸性化学光亮镀镍.试验表明,该镀层耐蚀性好、结合力强、硬度大、光洁度高,镀层镜面光亮,且光亮剂A无毒,减少了环境污染.

Abstract:A novel process for mirror bright electroless nickel plating is studied and the bath formulations and operating conditions are optimized. It adopts an organic acid poly-complex system. The tests show that the nickel coating obtained from the process is superior in corrosion resistance, adhesion, hardness, finish, brightness, with a mirror-like surface. Besides, by using nontoxic brightener A instead of lead containing brightener, the pollution to the environment is reduced.
