加氢装置硫化氢汽提塔开裂分析

摘    要:通过外观、着色、金相、断口、腐蚀产物及腐蚀介质综合分析 ,分析出汽提塔上封头开裂是不锈钢在湿H2 S环境下的硫化物应力腐蚀开裂 (SSC)。提出了加强电脱盐管理、适当提高汽提塔顶操作温度、加强上封头外保温管理、改进汽提塔上段及封头材质等措施和建议

Abstract:By a comprehensive analysis on visual inspection, dye-penetration, metallographic test, fracture character, corrosion fouling and corrosive medium, it comes to the conclusion that the cracking was caused by the stress corrosion which was effected in the wet H 2S environment. Therefore the author suggests to improve the operation on electric desalination and properly raise the overhead temperature. In addition, special care should be taken to the dome insulation, and the replacement with high grade materials for the upper section of the column are also recommended.
