潜油电泵高效运行的途径

摘    要:潜油电泵高效运行的主要途径是:①根据油井流入特性,优化设计潜油电泵的抽吸参数,使油井的供液能力与泵的排注液能力匹配;②采用变频调速器,改变潜油电机的转速,进而改变电泵的特性,达到供采平衡;③采用可调油嘴改变电泵的管路特性,以改变其抽吸参数和工况点,使电泵在高效区运行。实践证明,采用此方法后,可确保潜油电泵在高效区运行,不仅提高了系统效率,增加了产液量,而且还节省大量电能,延长了潜油电泵的寿命。

Abstract:The ways of high efficiency operation for electric submersible pump are:1. optimum design its swabbing pararneter according to the flow-in charcater of oil well; 2. apply frequency controller to alter the rotating speed of submersible pump's motor and then proceed to alter electric pump's character to attain supply-recovery equilibrium; 3. using adjustable bean to alter electric pump's conduit char acteristic so as to change its swabbing pararneter and work state point and make electric pump oper ation at high efficiency area. Practice shows that after using this method it can be ensured that the electric subrnersible pump operates at high efficiency area. Thus not only the system efficiency raised,fluid quantity increased but also large amount power energy saved, life-span of submersible pump prolonged.
