| Abstract: | The development history and the latest progress of shape-memory polymers were summarized. The reason of shape memory effect was analyzed from the polymer structure. The characteristics and applications of some shape-memory polymers such as cross-linking polyolefin, polyurethane, polyester and so on were introduced and evaluated. In the end, the prospect of shape-memory polymer was forecasted. |
