经鼻内窥镜下鼻甲外移术联合Nd:YAG激光插入法治疗慢性鼻炎

目的 :探讨对保守治疗无效的慢性鼻炎的一种微创手术治疗方法 :经鼻内窥镜下鼻甲外移术联合Nd :YAG激光插入法。方法 :采用经鼻内窥镜下鼻甲外移术联合Nd :YAG激光插入法治疗对保守治疗无效的慢性鼻炎 84例。治疗前后采用糖精试验评定鼻粘膜纤毛功能。结果 :经 1至 3年随访 ,总有效率达 10 0 %。无并发症发生。治疗前后粘液纤毛传输速率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :该术式视野清晰 ,操作简单 ,术后反应轻 ,病人痛苦小 ,门诊即可完成 ,疗效极佳 ,是一种对鼻粘膜纤毛功能无损伤的治疗慢性鼻炎的微创手术方法 ,值得推广应用。

Endoscopic inferior turbinate out-fracture associated with Nd:YAG laser insertion approach in treatment of chronic rhinitis

Objectives:To study the role of a minimally invasive operative technique:endoscopic inferior turbinate out-fracture associated with Nd:YAG laser insertion approach in chronic rhinitis without response to conservative treatment.Methods:84 cases with chronic rhinitis without response to conservative treatment were treated with endoscopic inferior turbinate out-fracture associated with Nd:YAG laser insertion approach.The nasal mucociliary function was evaluated withsaccharin test before and after operation.Results:The effective rate was 100 percent at 1 to 3-year follow-up.No complication was observed.No significant differences were observed in the mucociliary transport rates before and after operation(P>0.05).Conclusions:This technique was proved to be effective,have a clear operative field,easy to conduct,with mild adverse reactions.And the technique can be finished in the outpatient department.The technique was a minimally invasive operative technique without damage to the nasal mucociliary function.
