钢管水压试验机油水平衡系统故障分析与改造

摘    要:为了解决某40MN钢管水压试验机在水压试验初始阶段频繁出现油水平衡系统油压无法建立的问题,对油水平衡液压原理及故障产生原因进行了分析。分析结果显示,油水平衡系统中各控制阀的回油管线汇集到一处进行回油,油液在回油管内对液控单向阀造成压力回冲,液控单向阀无法完全关闭导致泄漏,致使系统无法建立压力。最后,针对故障产生的原因提出解了决方案。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the oil pressure of oil-water balance system can not be established frequently in the initial stage of hydraulic pressure test of the 40MN steel pipe hydraulic pressure testing machine, the hydraulic pressure principle of oil-water balance and the causes of failure were analyzed. The analysis results show that the oil return pipeline of each control valve in the oil-water balance system converges to one place for oil return. The oil in the oil return pipe causes pressure backflushing to the hydraulic pressure control one-way valve, and the hydraulic pressure control one-way valve cannot be completely closed, resulting in leakage, which makes the system unable to establish pressure. Finally, a solution is proposed to solve the problem.
