高频直缝铝焊管的焊缝解析

摘    要:为了对高频直缝铝焊管的焊缝有准确认识和评价,分析了焊缝的形成及特征,借助金相分析方法从微观角度对原始铝焊缝的熔合线、熔融区、热影响区及内、外毛刺的形成机理、表观形态、工艺关联等进行了解析与数理描述。结果表明,从微观角度对焊缝进行分析,可以发现铝焊管生产工艺反映的相关信息,通过这些信息,可以有针对性地准确改善铝焊管制造工艺,从而提高焊管质量。

Abstract:In order to have an accurate understanding and evaluation of the weld of the high frequency straight seam aluminum welded pipe, the formation and characteristics of the weld are analyzed. With the help of the metallographic analysis method, the formation mechanism, apparent morphology and process correlation of the fusion line, melting zone, heat affected zone and the internal and external burrs of the original aluminum weld are analyzed and described. The results show that the relevant information reflected in the production process of the aluminum welded pipe can be found by analyzing the weld from the micro perspective. Through these, the manufacturing process of the aluminum welded pipe can be improved accurately and pertinently, so as to improve the quality of the welded pipe.
