玻璃钢复合钢管的制备及静水压爆破性能研究

摘    要:为了探索玻璃钢复合钢管用于油气输送领域的可行性,对玻璃钢复合钢管的制备和静水压爆破性能进行了研究,包括玻璃钢复合层材料的选择、玻璃钢管复合钢管的制造以及玻璃钢复合钢管的水压爆破试验,并与普通输送钢管的水压爆破性能和生产成本进行了对比。结果显示,玻璃钢复合钢管相对于同钢级普通钢管的爆破压力值提高了约50%,复合管在水压爆破过程中没有明显的屈服过程,外径膨胀率仅为1.06%-1.20%。研究表明,玻璃钢复合层较大地提升了管体强度,具有较为明显的止裂能力,且具有较高的产品性价比。

Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility of fiber reinforced pdymer(FRP) composite steel pipe in the field of oil and gas transport, the preparation of FRP composite steel pipe and the performance of hydrostatic blasting were studied, including the selection of FRP composite materials, the manufacture of FRP composite steel pipe and the hydraulic blasting test. The performance of hydrostatic blasting and the production cost of ordinary linepipe are compared. The results show that the blasting pressure of the FRP composite pipe increases by about 50% compared with that of the ordinary steel pipe with the same steel grade, the composite pipe has no obvious yield process during hydrostatic blasting test, and the expansion rate of its outer diameter is only 1.06%~1.20%. The research shows that the FRP composite layer greatly improves the strength of the pipe body, has more obvious anti-crack ability, and has a higher cost performance.
