摘    要:为了解决BSG110T SEW高抗挤套管在生产时出现母材开裂、成型焊接控制不稳定、加热时弯曲、变形以及轧辊异常损坏等问题,分析确定了原料卷板优化目标,按照制定的目标进行了原料性能检验、焊管生产试制及热处理工艺验证。结果表明,采用P110钢级SEW套管原料卷板进行焊管生产可以解决母材开裂、成型焊接控制不稳定等问题。经热处理工艺验证,P110钢级 SEW套管原料卷板经过“HFW制管+整体热处理工艺”可生产出合格的BSG110T SEW高抗挤套管。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of BSG110T SEW, such as the cracking of the base metal, unstable control of the forming welding, the bending and deformation during heating, and the abnormal damage of the roll, the optimization target of the raw material coil plate is determined. According to the target, the performance test of the raw materials, the trial production of the welded pipe and the verification of the heat treatment process were carried out. The results show that using P110 steel sew casing raw material coil to produce welded pipe can solve the problems of the base metal cracking, the forming welding control instability and so on. After the heat treatment process validation, P110 steel SEW casing raw material coil can produce qualified BSG110T SEW high collapse resistance casing after “HFW pipe making+overall heat treatment process”.
