焊管智造AI+高频直缝焊管制造的构想

摘    要:通过分析高频直缝焊管生产工艺的控制现状,指出“AI+高频直缝焊管制造”(简称焊管智造AI)必将成为未来焊管制造的发展方向与焊管行业产业升级的助推器,据此提出在高频直缝焊管制造中引入人工智能的初步构想。结合焊管制造流程阐述了植入人工智能的难点和Agent应具备的特性,从机组精度、管坯精度、从业人员素质、算法模型、感知手段和生产工艺具有成组技术特征等方面论证了应用的可行性,并从市场角度说明了焊管智造AI的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the control status of the production process of high-frequency straight seam welded pipe, it is pointed out that "AI + high-frequency straight seam welded pipe manufacturing" (abbreviated as intelligent manufacturing AI of the welded pipe) will become the development direction of the future welded pipe manufacturing and the booster of the industrial upgrading of the welded pipe industry. According to this,the preliminary idea of the introducing artificial intelligence into the manufacturing of high-frequency straight seam welded pipe is put forward. Combining with the manufacturing process of the welded pipe, this paper expounds the difficulties of implanting artificial intelligence and the characteristics that agent should have,and demonstrates the feasibility of application from the aspects of the unit precision,tube blank precision, employee quality,algorithm model, perception means and group technology characteristics of production process,and explains the wide application prospect of the welded pipe intelligent manufacturing AI from the perspective of market.
