 螺旋埋弧焊管成型辊痕的原因分析及控制

摘    要: 针对螺旋埋弧焊管三辊弯板成型时常见的辊痕缺陷,分析了辊痕形成的原因,并提出相应的改进措施,利用solidworks软件建立了三辊弯板式成型机中成型辊设备和多种成型角螺旋管坯的立体模型,模拟螺旋埋弧焊管在变量仅为成型辊外圆面锥度和钢管成型角情况下(即1#、3#成型辊旋转角为变量)的辊痕情况。对比发现,辊痕深浅与钢管成型角密切相关;同等变量条件下成型角越小,造成的辊痕越深,且同等变量条件下1#辊产生的辊痕深度和面积大于3#辊产生的辊痕。通过不同锥度的成型辊对比,得出了不同成型角度螺旋埋弧焊管适用的最佳成型辊外圆面锥度。

Abstract: Aiming at the common defects of roll marks in three roll bending plate forming of spiral submerged arc welded pipe, the causes of roll marks are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. Solidworks software is used to establish the stereoscopic model of the forming roller equipment and spiral tube blank with various forming angles of the three roller bending plate forming machine. The roll mark of spiral submerged arc welded pipe is simulated when the variables are the only taper of outer circle surface of forming roller and forming angle of steel pipe, that is, the rotation angle of the 1# and 3# forming roller is the variable. It is found that the depth of roll mark is closely related to the forming angle of steel pipe. The smaller the forming angle is, the deeper the roll mark will be. Moreover, the depth and area of the roll marks produced by 1# roller are greater than those by 3# rollers under the same variable conditions. Through the comparison of forming rollers with different taper, the best taper of forming roller for spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe with different forming angles is obtained.
