焊管生产线开卷机齿轮机构瞬态动力学分析

摘    要:针对焊管生产线开卷机在使用过程中出现的齿轮机构断齿等失效现象,以某公司开卷机齿轮机构为研究对象,采用SolidWorks中Toolbox插件进行齿轮建模,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中瞬态动力学分析模块Transient Structural对齿轮机构进行瞬态动力学分析。通过对齿轮机构进行材料分配、网格划分、边界条件及载荷约束后,得出最大Von Mises等效应力为204 MPa,小于齿轮的许用应力,最大等效应变为9.722 9×10-4 mm,且二者出现的位置相同。最大接触应力出现在靠近节线的齿根面附近,与齿轮最先出现点蚀位置相同。在接触状态云图中齿轮啮合过程中无粘结现象,接触状态良好。从最大等效应力随时间变化曲线图中可知,在主动轮与从动轮刚接触啮合时,所产生的等效应力最大。

Abstract:view of the failure phenomenon of gear mechanism such as tooth breakage in the uncoiler of welded pipe production line, taking the gear mechanism of a certain company as the research object, the toolbox plug-in in SolidWorks is used to model the gear. Then the transient dynamic analysis of the gear mechanism is carried out by using the Transient Structural analysis module of ANSYS Workbench. After material distribution, mesh generation, boundary conditions and load constraints of gear, the maximum Von Mises equivalent stress is 204 MPa, which is less than the allowable stress of gear. The maximum equivalent variation was 9.722 9 × 10-4 mm, and the two appeared in the same position. The maximum contact stress appears near the root surface of the gear near the pitch line, which is the same as the position where pitting occurs first. In the contact state nephogram, there is no bond phenomenon in the process of gear meshing, and the contact state is good. From the curve of the maximum equivalent stress with time, it can be seen that the maximum equivalent stress is generated when the driving wheel and the driven wheel are in contact with each other.
