螺旋埋弧焊管自动补焊工艺研究

摘    要:针对螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝缺陷人工补焊的不确定性,采用X52钢级Φ610 mm×8 mm、X70钢级Φ1 016 mm×17.5 mm、X80钢级Φ1 422 mm×21.4 mm螺旋埋弧焊管,模拟生产中常见的穿透性缺陷、非穿透性缺陷进行自动埋弧焊补焊试验。试验结果表明,补焊焊缝的外观质量、无损检测、理化性能、金相组织等各项指标均优于标准要求。自动补焊工艺可减少施焊过程中的人为干预,稳定焊接质量,提升焊接效率。该工艺可满足多项标准的管线修补要求,在焊管行业推广应用具有可行性。

Abstract:In view of the uncertainty of the artificial repair welding for the weld defects of the spiral submerged arc welding pipe, spiral submerged arc welding pipes of X52 steel grade Φ610 mm×8 mm, X70 steel grade Φ1 016 mm×17.5 mm, and X80 steel grade Φ1 422 mm×21.4 mm are used to simulate the common penetrating and non-penetrating defects in the production for automatic submerged arc welding. The results show that the surface quality, nondestructive testing, physical and chemical properties, metallographic structure and other indexes of the repair weld are better than the standard requirements. Automatic repair welding technology can reduce the human intervention in the welding process, stabilize the welding quality, and improve the welding efficiency. This process can meet the pipeline repair requirements of many standards, and it is feasible to promote and apply in welded pipe industry.
