钢管调质热处理生产过程中直度的控制

摘    要:为了解决钢管调质热处理生产中加热和冷却过程造成的钢管弯曲变形,对造成弯曲变形的原因进行了理论分析。分析表明,调质处理过程中的管体加热、高压水除磷和水淬冷却是导致钢管弯曲的主要原因。针对这些原因,并结合实践提出了钢管弯曲变形控制方法,即在生产过程中通过控制工业炉的温度均匀性、钢管在炉内的自转角度、钢管管端在步进梁上伸出长度以及冷却水的均匀性等方法确保钢管的直度。将该控制方法应用于钢管调质处理过程后,弯管产生率明显降低,比调整前平均降低了约64.3%。

Abstract:In order to correct the bending deformation of steel tube by heating and cooling in the process of steel tube tempering, the causes of bending deformation are analyzed theoretically. The analysis shows that the main causes of steel tube bending are the tube heating, high-pressure water descaling and water quenching cooling. In view of these reasons, and combined with the practice, the control method of steel tube bending deformation is put forward, that is, in the production process, the straightness of the steel tube is ensured by controlling the temperature uniformity of the industrial furnace, the rotation angle of the steel tube in the furnace, the extension length of the steel tube end on the walking beam and the uniformity of the cooling water. When the control method is applied to the steel tube tempering process, the bend production rate is significantly reduced, which is about 64.3% lower than that before the adjustment.
