S31603锻件与钢管焊接接头的腐蚀性能

摘    要:某天然气输送管道用绝缘接头的法兰组件由S31603锻件和S31603管材焊接而成,为保障焊缝的性能,采用ER316L焊丝手工氩弧焊(GTAW)打底+A022焊条电弧焊(SMAW)填充盖面的工艺进行了焊接试验,并依据相关标准进行了焊接接头的耐腐蚀试验。试验结果表明,焊接接头的电化学腐蚀性能、应力腐蚀开裂性能及晶间腐蚀性能优良,采用的焊接工艺是可行的,试验数据可为天然气输送管道用绝缘接头的焊接工艺方案提供参考。

Abstract:The flange assembly of an insulating joint for a natural gas transmission pipeline is made of S31603 forging and S31603 pipe welded together. In order to ensure the performance of weld, ER316L wire gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) backing +A022 electrode shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) filling cover was used for welding test, corrosion resistance test of welded joint was conducted according to relevant standards. The results show that the electrochemical corrosion, stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion of the welded joint are excellent, and the welding process adopted is feasible. The test data provide guidance for the production and manufacture of insulated joints for natural gas pipeline.
