摘    要:针对电厂F级单轴燃气蒸汽联合循环机组主汽高压调节阀阀体内腔的本体裂纹和阀座开裂问题,对现场检修过程及自动化设备进行了研究。采用弧焊机器人、现场数控加工及中频感应内外加热技术,修复了主汽高压调节阀阀体内腔的本体裂纹和阀座开裂等缺陷。经过实际应用测试,修复后的阀门可达到出厂水平,保证了发电设备的安全性。为现场快速解决同类型机组高温高压蒸汽阀门的重大设备隐患的修复提供了工艺指导,具有工程应用价值和推广意义。

Abstract:In view of the problem of the body crack and the seat crack in the inner cavity of the main steam high pressure regulator of F-gas steam combined cycle unit in power plant, the field maintenance process and the automatic equipment were researched. The defects such as the body crack and the seat crack in the inner cavity of the main steam high pressure regulator were repaired by the arc welding robot, field numerical control machining and the intermediate frequency induction internal and external heating technology. After the practical application test, the repaired valve can reach the factory level, ensuring the safety of power generation equipment. This research provides the technical guidance for the quick repair of the major equipment hidden trouble of the high temperature and high pressure steam valves of the same type of the unit on site, which has the engineering application value and the promotion significance.
