摘    要:采用机械球磨(MM)制备了Al-20(Wt.%)Pb复合粉,通过X射线衍射和电子探针分析了Al20Pb复合粉及其层片状组织.为得出最佳球磨工艺参数,对复合粉进行了压制和烧结实验.结果表明:球磨6 h得到的Al-20Pb复合粉具有均匀细小的层片结构,既保持较好的塑性,易于致密,又能在烧结后得到均匀细小的显微组织.

Abstract:Composite powder of Al-20(Wt.%)Pb was prepared by mechanical milling, and the powder and its laminar structure were analysed through X-ray diffraction and electronic probe microscopy. Experiments of compacting and sintering the powder were performed in order to gain the optimal milling parameters. The results show that the composite powder of Al-20Pb with fine laminar has obtained by milling for 6 h has good plasticity and is easily to be densified, and fine homogeneous structure can also be gained after sintering.
