| 摘 要： | 企业是现代社会的经济主体，是社会政治、经济和文化生活的最基本单元。因此，坚持以科学发展观为指导思想，在生产经营过程中积极实现节能减排目标，既是落实科学发展观的要求、努力承担企业社会责任的具体体现，也是企业实现可持续发展与创建和谐社会的必由之路。阐述坚持科学发展观与构建和谐社会、建设和谐社会与企业承担社会责任之间的关系，企业如何在承担社会责任中体现自身价值；就企业如何开展节能减排工作提出建议。
