| 摘 要： | 结合既有建筑结构现状和重庆地区现有节能技术水平，提出了以屋顶和外窗节能改造为主的技术方案，并进行了能耗分析和热环境改善分析。结果表明：节能改造技术方案能使既有居住建筑能效水平达到了节能设计标准的要求，并且夏季能降低屋顶内表面温度1～2℃，冬季能将大部分房间自然室温的舒适时数提高50％以上。
