| Abstract: | This paper explains the social background and significance of Chongqing land ticket system,analyses the design of the land trading system as well as the existing problems in the process of trading,and puts forward some improvement suggestions such as perfecting the supervision mechanism to protect the interests of farmers,establishing equal distribution system of land ticket funds,improving and perfecting the secondary market of land ticket trading. |
