| 摘 要： | 渗漏水问题长期困扰建筑业，通过大量工程实践和研究后认为，应根据防水工程特点，并与建筑物渗漏原因结合起来进行防水治理，且应尊重施工建设中的客观规律。通过室内厕浴间、地下室防水等工程实例说明了施工程序、施工条件和成品保护是保证防水工程施工质量的三个要素。
