| 摘 要： | 运用三阶段DEA模型对2008年中国30个省份建筑产业效率进行实证研究,结果表明：一方面建筑产业效率受地区经济发展水平和对建筑产品需求能力的影响;另一方面,在剥离外部环境因素和随机误差影响后．建筑产业技术效率总体偏低,主要源于规模无效率。应在不断改进管理水平、提高技术创新能力和人员素质的同时,适当扩大建筑产业规模,提高产业集中度,实现资源优化配置．以提升建筑企业经营效率。研究还发现中国建筑产业技术效率区域差异性很大,东部最优．中部次之．西部最差。
