| 摘 要： | 提出了基于GSM（全球移动通信系统）的变电所遥测遥控系统，论述了以GSM作为无线接入平台的资源优势，并将GSM无线模块嵌入到应用系统中，用AT命令对其进行控制，实现了系统在GSM网络平台上的运行，探讨了在农村变电所遥测，遥信，遥控及远程防窃电功能的实现方案。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a remote sensing and control system of transformer substa-tion based on GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication),explains the resource pre-dominance of using GSM as radio switch in platform.This system makes GSM radio module embed in application system and realizes to run in GSM network platform by AT orders' control.Finally,the article discusses the application plan of remote sensing,re-mote communication,remote control and the function against stealing electricity in rural transformer substation. |
